Our Commitment

At MLOptic Corp. ("MLOptic" or "Company"), inclusion and equal access are core values that guide how we design and deliver our digital experiences. We are committed to ensuring that our website and online content are accessible to all individuals, including people with disabilities, regardless of the assistive technologies or devices they use.
As part of this commitment, MLOptic endeavors to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), as well as other applicable digital accessibility standards and regulations. We are continually building our accessibility capabilities to design, develop, deploy, and test our digital properties for conformance to these standards.

Current Accessibility Status

We are actively working toward conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Many areas of our website already meet these guidelines, while others are still being assessed or improved as part of our ongoing accessibility program. Our efforts include:

• Regular accessibility reviews and audits of website content and functionality;
• Accessibility testing, including keyboard navigation and screen reader compatibility where applicable;
• Promoting accessibility awareness across our design, development, and content teams;
• Incorporating accessibility requirements into the design and development lifecycle for new features and content.

We recognize that accessibility is an ongoing responsibility. We are committed to making continuous improvements and addressing any gaps identified through internal reviews or user feedback.

Known Limitations

While we strive to ensure full accessibility across our digital properties, some content areas may not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Areas currently under review or remediation may include certain legacy documents, third-party embedded content, and older multimedia materials. We are prioritizing these areas and working to resolve them in a timely manner.
